Product overview

The SB Pulling Tool and pulling tool is an external casting and pulling tool .

The external fishing neck can be grasped by the special dog and can be jolted downward to release the hand. According to the catch distance can be divided into SB, SS two kinds.

Assembly method

1. The auxiliary spring and the spring seat (or sleeve) in turn into the outer cylinder;

2. Press down the spring seat with a screwdriver or slender iron, and put the fishing claw into the slot of the outer cylinder respectively;

3. Load the mandrel;

4. Install the main spring and pressure cap into the outer cylinder in turn;

5. Rotate the mandrel so that the hole near the big end of the mandrel is aligned with the hole of the outer cylinder, and insert a thin iron bar;

6. Stick a flat file or a thin sheet in the slot at the back of the pressure cap and tighten the pressure cap;

7. Install the sheath, screw the upper connector; 8. Install the pin using the pin mounting tool.

Pulling operation steps

1. Connect the pulling tool to the basic tool string and go down the well;

2. Slowly lower the tool string when it reaches the predetermined position;

3. Wait for the tool to grasp the external fish neck and jolt upward;

4. When it cannot be jolted up, it can be jolted down.

After pulling out the tool, insert the card release tool or screwdriver into the card release place, pry open the fishing dogs and make the fishing dogs open to release the tool.

Before inserting the tool, check that the thread at the tool connection is not loose.
