CT Coiled tubing Wireline Knuckle Joint 2 inch
I. Overview:
The coiled tubing Wireline Knuckle Joint is a tool that provides additional flexibility to the tool string. The flexible rotation and angular offset provided by the Wireline Knuckle Joint can facilitate the operation when the hole is limited and the operation is in a branch hole.
II. Structural characteristics:
The ball structure provides the ability to rotate and Angle offset the universal joint, while the seals in the tool provide the sealing ability. The full-diameter design allows the hydraulic activation control tool to be connected below the Wireline Knuckle Joint. The same coiled tubing string can be connected to multiple universals for simultaneous use.
III. Maintenance:
1. After the tool is disassembled, check the damage of each component and replace the damaged parts.
2. When assembling, apply a thin layer of grease on the thread surface.
3. After assembly, mark and store for later use.
