Alloy Steel Slickline Wireline Chemical Injection Sub Liquid Chamber
Ⅰ. Introduction
Chemical injection sub is designed to apply deicer or corrosion inhibitor to cable during workover operation.The chemical injection sub is installed under the grease injection or stuffing box, which wraps the wire with replaceable felt filler and prevents chemicals from passing through the hole.

III. Structural characteristics and use:
Chemical injection sub is composed of an integrated body, slips, union nut, etc.
IV. Precautions:
1. When assembling, apply grease to the threads and seals;
2. Prevent bumps when handling;
3. After the tool is disassembled, the damage of each part should be checked, and the damaged parts should be replaced, among which the felt washers should be replaced regularly;
4. After use, clean the tools and wear protective wire to protect the threads.
